Made to make your mouth water. Well, they did Mum's and mine. There was enough for us to have a few for afternoon tea and for her to take some home. Very simple recipe (Easter Biscuit one and flavours changed to suit my mood) and I always use icing sugar instead of caster). I also cut mine into sort of rectangles instead of having to roll the dough several times cutting circles. Means the dough doesn't get worked too much resulting in lighter biscuits with a lovely crunch.
